Spiritual Gifts Assessment

Dear Friend,

I’m glad you’ve taken this step to discover how the Holy Spirit has gifted you for Kingdom service. Scripture reminds us that “the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal” (1 Corinthians 12:7). That means you — every believer — has been uniquely endowed by God with gifts that extend beyond yourself and into the life of the Body of Christ.

Through this assessment, you will explore twelve practical ministry expressions: Administration, Discernment, Evangelism, Exhortation, Faith, Giving, Service, Hospitality, Leadership, Mercy, Shepherding, and Teaching. Each of these gifts points to where the Spirit may be working through you to build, strengthen, and sustain the church.

I also want you to know that the same Spirit who equips us for service empowers us for the supernatural. The gifts of Prophecy, Healing, Miracles, Tongues, and Interpretation remind us that God is still active and present among His people. These manifestations do not compete with our practical gifts — they complete them, ensuring that our ministry operates in both structure and Spirit, order and anointing, wisdom and wonders.

As you work through the questions, answer each one honestly and prayerfully — there are no right or wrong answers. When you are done, I pray your results affirm and guide the calling God has already placed on your life.
